My name is Paris. I am an artist based in Sydney, Australia.

Since childhood I have been creating, drawing and painting.
I first started selling pieces of lead pencil drawings and watercolour paintings as a teenager. Overtime, I have worked across many art mediums including oil paint and digital illustration.

Growing up around art, from my Opas paintings to visiting galleries, I would dream of creating my own pieces. What I would dream of creating would be pieces with aspects of Toulouse Lautrec's wild expression and grace allowing his brown paper canvas to shine through, crossed with the rich, deep and dark detail found in paintings by Rembrandt and his contemporaries.

It fills my heart today to create pieces just as I dreamt to be, influenced by these greats, but still truly my own.
For now, I get the most joy painting on brown card paper with gouache or sketching with lead and white paint.

I hope what I create resonates with you as much as it does myself.
